Forms of the Surrounding Futures - Kem x GIBCA

For the twelfth edition of the Göteborg International Biennial of Contemporary Art, we were honored to accept the invitation of Jõao Laia to show our neon and throw our beloved Dragana Bar as part of the performance program.

We were delighted to see our neon hanging in the midst of works by a spectacular cohort of artists, such as Adam Christensen, Agne Jokše, Ana Vaz, Ania Nowak, Esse McChesney, Gudalupe Maravilla, Iris Touliatou, Joana da Conceição, Luiz Roque, Yarema Malashchuk, Roman Khimei, Maria Jerez, Niko Hallikainen, Osias Yanov, Outi Pieski, P. Staff, Prem Sahib, Rasmus Myrup, Rodrigo Hernandez, Sandra Mujinga, Sky Hopinka, Sophia Al-Maria, Tarik Kiswanson and Yong Xiang Li.

Our queer club night - Dragana Bar, materialised in the exhibition space, thanks to the luscious sounds of our resident DJs: Facheroia, Krzysztof and androgienia & a piping-hot performance by Filipka Rutkowska, inspired by the one and only Sex in the City.
